What happens after I place an order?

When your order is placed on the web site, you will see a ” Thank You ” page. It means that your order has been successfully placed. Your order is then sent over a secure connection to My Hiep Bakery Online Shop. Your order will be processed and shipped whenever we received your money order. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been downloaded and received at My Hiep Bakery Online Shop. If there are any problems with your order, one of our customer services associates will contact you by phone or by email within 24 hours.

What if I don't receive an order confirmation via e-mail?

You will receive an order confirmation message via e-mail shortly after My Hiep Bakery Online Shop receives your order. If you do not receive this message within 24 hours of placing your order, there might be a delay on the Web due to traffic. If this happens, please feel free to contact us at customerservice@myhiep.com to ensure that your order is being processed. One of our representatives will return your inquiry within 24 hours.

Which credit cards are accepted?

My Hiep Bakery Online Store accepts Paypal, Discover, Visa, and Master Card.

Where is my merchandise being shipped?

All products found on www.myhiep.com are freshly made and shipped Orange County, California, usually within 2 to 3 business days. Our currency unit is US Dollar.

Is there any Sales Tax?

No. There is no Sales Tax required by the California State Government at My Hiep Bakery Online Store.

How long can I keep the pastry after receipt of my order?

We try our best to keep the freshness of our pastry as they are shipped. On most of our online products, we encourage our customers to consume within 7 days after receipt. On Moon cakes, due to its special ingredients, you may keep them without refrigeration up to 3 weeks. Otherwise, refrigeration is highly recommended for a longer preservation.

What if I don't see a 'Thank You' page after I place an order?

After you place an order, if there is no “Thank You” page appearing on your screen, please contact us at info@myhiep.com . Someone will return your email within 24 hours.

Can I cancel an order?

If your order has not already been delivered, or is not on its way to being delivered, we can easily cancel it. To do so, please contact our ordering department immediately at orders@myhiep.com . If your order has already been sent out for delivery, we will be unable to cancel it.

Can I use My Hiep Gift Certificates / Wedding Coupons online towards my purchase?

Yes, you may use all kinds of My Hiep Gift Certificates or Wedding Coupons online. We accept those within United States. Gift Certificates can only be applied towards purchases; customers are responsible for shipping and handling charges. Please follow these instructions when using Gift Certificates online.

Upon receiving your the copy of invoice and the Original Certificate, we will credit the Face Value amount of the certificate back to your credit card, according to the Transaction Number (XID) on your invoice. Credit will appear on your credit card statement within 1-2 billing cycles.

Important: We strongly recommend using Certified Mail or equivalent when mailing the invoice and the Original Gift Certificate. My HiepCorp. will not be responsible for any mail lost. Should you have any question, please contact us.

Why can't I find my Country?

At the present time, My Hiep Bakery Online Shop can only deliver to limited locations, including: the Continental U.S., Alaska, and Hawaii. Sorry for any inconvenience. We are working on other countries and looking forward to serve our customers better in the near future. Please send us your valuable comments on our Contact Us page.

What is the shipping rate?

When you check out after placing an order, shipping rate will automatically generate and appear on your screen along with the total amount. This rate is calculated based on the quantity, weight, and delivery address of your order. You may have to pay for additional delivery charges due to incorrect and/or incomplete delivery address.

What are the Return and Exchange policies?

No returns or exchanges are accepted. You can contact our customer services department at customerservice@myhiep.com for question regarding our product, in addition, please include your information and order confirmation number of order you have question with.
